Important International Consolidation Module Processing Notes
Parcels
and shipments to different countries can be entered at any time throughout
the day. Consolidation occurs at the end of the day when the Document
Box is prepared for each consolidated movement.
The
Master Commercial Invoice is a required single invoice for all items within
a UPS World Ease movement. The UPS World Ease service requires
that all commercial items are entered directly into CPS. This
can be done manually or by using the Worldwide Import Module. CPS
can also prepare individual commercial invoices for each individual shipment
and/or parcel as they are entered, if required.
The
optional Worldwide Import Module for CPS will allow the importing of complete
international shipment data including both customer address information
and commercial invoice items.
The
optional International Consolidation Module is available for CPS Platinum
users only.
